I'm just starting to look into KAP for applying to archaeological research, and checking options for a KAP setup. I have the same camera (Nikon D60, not 70) but as I'm just beginning I'm a bit wary of sending it up in the air without knowing how to safely set it up. Any suggestions on what safety measures to take when you're building the rig and attaching the camera?
Are you using the auto-timer to take photos, or a radio-controlled system?
